San Diego Homeless Outreach

In 2009, Andrew Arroyo founded a non-profit called Eye of a Needle Foundation. Later that year he also was invited to join the board of the San Diego Dream Center. In February 2012, Eye of a Needle was granted its 501 c(3) designation and recognized as a public charity.

Charitable Giving at AARE

In March 2009, Andrew Arroyo made a personal commitment to the city of San Diego and the growing homeless population to donate at least 10% of all gross commissions that AARE earns going forward to help improve the community. These donations have made a significant impact in a short period of time.

Serving, Giving, Loving – Discover Another Side of AARE

With a heart to serve, give and love others rather than to take; the team at AARE brings a fresh breath of air to the San Diego real estate community.

Working with AARE not only benefits you but benefits others in need. The successful sale or acquisition of one house can change the life of a homeless family in San Diego or a small child in the streets of Columbia or Uganda through Arroyo’s charity, Eye of a Needle Foundation. In a nutshell, this is his vision from start to finish. He always looks for a significant return on his investments in both monetary and human terms. This is the evidence of a trustworthy business ready and able to assist real people with real challenges in making real decisions.
