We are an independent brokerage that equips our team members with the tools, technology and leads necessary to succeed in one of the most sought after real estate communities in the country.
We have three Realtor programs and each program has a unique split structure. All programs are by invitation only.
Experienced Required to Apply
We are currently hiring Realtors for our seven San Diego offices. We are seeking Realtors that are well seasoned in the real estate field but feel their true financial potential is not being achieved with their current brokerage. Specifically, we seek experienced agents that are in need of a growing team, quality leads and in depth sales training for their success.
A California real estate license and a minimum of three (3) years full time experience is necessary to interview for a sales position with AARE. You will need a minimum of twenty five (25) sales and will need to be fully trained on the fundamentals of real estate.
Think of our company as a graduate firm for real estate professionals.
Brand new agents or agents with less than 3 years experience or less than 25 sales should not apply as their application will not be considered.

Our goal has always been to identify the select Realtors that shine above the rest based on their morals, ethics and past experience serving homeowners. We only hire experienced agents with a proven track record seeking an environment to flourish and master their craft. After an initial 30 day trial period a business plan is developed for each individual Realtor to achieve a set of pre-determined goals. What kind of agents do you look for when you hire?
“I look for good agents with the potential to become all star agents.”
What do you mean by good agents?
"I mean agents that have been in the game, made some sales, built a book of satisfied clients and know the ropes but realize they are not achieving their full potential. A desire to be a better agent is part of what makes up a good agent.”
What do you mean by all star agents?
"Everyone knows an all star agent. Their name is mentioned frequently in conversation at caravan or in the office. An all star agent doesn't necessarily mean a high volume sales agent. It means someone who has an all star reputation in the community and is achieving their ideal lifestyle. I love taking good agents with a solid track record and exposing the true potential within them to achieve all star results. There are many high volume agents with a miserable personal life and many high volume agencies that do not have a stellar reputation with their clients or the community. Real estate sales professionals often confuse success with money or how many homes you have sold in your career. My definition of true success is happiness.”
What do consider the difference between a successful vs. an all star agent?
“First, it's not about the numbers. Success in my eyes is achieving your dreams while leaving a positive footprint in the process with all those you come in contact with. What the clients have to say about the agent's performance is usually the key indicator of an all star agent. My goal for each agent I partner with is to reveal what is truly inside of that agent, not to focus on how many deals or some sales volume number they can produce. The sales will follow when people do the right thing and treat their clients like a loving brother and sister. Agents forget that we are really just servants. We are well paid hired servants that have been appointed to help others with one of the largest investments of their life. All star agents recognize this and treats each client as a individual person with needs not a deal or transaction.”
What exactly will you do to make a good agent into an all star agent?
“Every agent is unique and therefore needs a hand tailored business plan and mentor to help guide them to their real estate dreams. Some agents need a coach. Some agents need a sales ceiling breakthrough. Other agents just need a partner that is available, reliable and has the capital to invest in their success. My job, as a rainmaker, is to take past results and multiply those results by bringing in new sales techniques or reshaping existing sales systems for that Realtor. Right now technology is a big slice of the pie that I bring to the table. There are many seasoned Realtors that are lost in the internet universe and their sales are suffering big time. Meanwhile they are slowing drifting towards a black hole of obscurity online. Unless they align themselves with a firm on the cutting edge of technology, they will find their book of business diminishing rapidly. Homeowners are smart people and expect someone appointed to buy or sell a large asset like their home to understand the technology behind marketing homes online and many agents have limited understanding of how powerful the internet truly is. My firm solves this problem by providing cutting edge technology systems to all of our agents.”
