When you commit, we go the extra mile to ensure the time spent with you is very productive.

We will spend between 5-10 hours of our time reviewing the market before we show you homes.

We will call our contacts and past clients to see if any of them are considering a move allowing you to see homes that are not offered to the general public.

We will analyze and research the history and details of any homes we show you. You will be given the following information: purchase price, outstanding loan balance, the seller’s motivation to sell, if there are any current offers, and if there is any flexibility in the purchase price.

We will contact our network of the top 100 agents in the county to let them know we have an interested buyer based upon the criteria you provided us.

We will determine the best possible homes to show you. Furthermore, we plan to preview every home before we show it to you. This will save you time and expedite your home search.

Myths & Facts About BBE Agreements
MYTH: By signing a BBE you are in no way guaranteed a professional and qualified agent to represent you.
FACT: By signing a Buyer-Broker Exclusive agreement you will have a professional agent with years of experience representing your best interests.
MYTH: If you buy a home after signing a BBE agreement you will have to pay our company a commission.
FACT: The seller will pay the commission to us.
MYTH: We will only show you a limited number of homes.
FACT: We will show you any active homes on the market and homes not on the market in our database owned by sellers willing to cooperate with real estate agents.
MYTH: Our availability is extremely limited.
FACT: We are available 7 days a week and will be by your side every step of the way throughout your purchase.
MYTH: The areas we specialize in greatly limit the number of neighborhoods that are available to show our clients.
FACT: We specialize in all of San Diego County. We have four offices across the county and along the coastline as well as the inland areas of San Diego. Our Realtors have collectively seen over 10,000 homes in their career and know San Diego neighborhoods like the back of their hand.
MYTH: If I sign a BBE, I may get stuck with a part-time agent.
FACT: Our agents are all full time Realtors and average over 50 hours of work per week.
