Commission Splits & Career Programs 

AARE offers three tiers of programs to its agents with different benefits. As you will see below, value and commission splits are based on the qualifications and experience of each agent. AARE does not hire or train brand new agents and only considers experienced agents.

Please note that a minimum of three (3) years of full time real estate sales experience and twenty-five (25) past sales are required to apply for a position at AARE.

Program 1: Lead Generator

The lead generator program at AARE is for agents who are at the earlier stage of their career and very focused on prospecting and building their client database. To qualify for this program an applicant must have more than three years of experience and successfully closed at least twenty-five sales and be a full time agent.

This program works well for experienced agents who know the fundamentals of real estate and need quality leads to build their business.

Pros:

  • No overhead monthly - ($5,000-$10,000 savings per month)
  • Inbound and outbound leads hand delivered to you every day at the company’s expense
  • Competitive commission split for company leads with higher split for personal leads
  • Cutting edge Web 2.0 systems in place to help you build your business

Cons:

  • You will be required to prospect daily
  • Long hours are required to graduate from this program

Program 2: Market Leader

The market leader program at AARE is designed for agents who are at the middle stage of their career and very focused on growing market share and taking their success to the next level. To qualify for this program an applicant must have more than five years of experience and successfully closed at least 100 transactions. This program is best suited for top agents with teams.

This program works well for established agents in specific markets that wish to grow their market share and master that territory.

Pros:

  • Learn how to take your business to the next level and break through your sales volume ceiling.
  • Hands on training with a broker who mentors you or your team to take your foothold in a community and turn it into a strong hold in that community.
  • Access to resources, marketing tools and lead systems on a Web 2.0 platform or direction on implementing/upgrading your current lead system to Web 2.0. 
  • Weekly training for you or your team to convert more buyers and sellers to actual sales.
  • Higher commission split than the lead generator program.

Cons:

  • Certain overhead expenses are your responsibility. 
  • Limited company leads are provided. 
  • You will be encouraged to prospect daily

The current roster for this program is open. Typically, we only take one top agent and one team per territory. Certain areas of San Diego can handle more than two market leaders and we do take on more market leaders in that circumstance. Please inquire below for details.

Program 3: Mastermind

The mastermind program at AARE is designed for agents who are at the later stage of their career and very focused on maintaining market share and growing their bottom line. Additionally they may be focused on growing their market share in a new territory. Agents in this program no longer need to prospect for new business but instead grow their business organically through their reputation and referrals from their existing client database. To qualify for this program an applicant must have more than 10 years of experience and have successfully closed at least 200 transacations.

This program works well for top agents with established market share and a full staff in place.

Pros:

  • Experienced broker at your command who has overseen more than 1,000 transactions from low end to high end. He will help you daily to improve your systems and grow your bottom line while relieving stress.
  • Marketing director at your command to help you continue to master your market 
  • Professional photography for all your listings included at the company’s expense
  • Branding with one of the fastest growing agencies in San Diego*
  • Higher commission splits than the big old school brands
  • Publicist provided at the company’s expense that will connect you with the top media outlets
  • E& O insurance paid by the company
  • Weekly meetings with the broker/ marketing director to grow your business
  • Broker becomes a team member whose only job is to grow your business and be your broker (not a competing agent or a broker you only see at the Christmas party or when you have a problem).

Cons:

  • Certain overhead expenses are your responsibility. 
  • Limited company leads are provided at broker's discretion

The current roster for this program is open. Typically, we only take only one mastermind per territory. This ensures our interest and the mastermind agent’s interest are aligned to dominate that area.
